Birthday Custom

I have had several orders for Custom Birthday Outfits lately! I just love making them, the little girls look so cute in them! I was given a picture of this shirt to make a pettiskirt & headband to match...
Here's what I came up with...
I loved the owl on the shirt, so I decided to replicate a tiny one out of felt!
I love the bright colors!!
